The device is composed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, and AISI 316 acid resistant steel. It is specialized for drying all types of particulate filters, and catalysts. Includes an integrated measurement system, and a side-channel turbine blowing hot air at temperatures up to 266°F. The contamination measurements can be printed using the built-in thermal printer. The device is a great addition to particle filter cleaning machines that don’t have a built in drying system.

DPF Master Flash Standard is a small device that uses the hydrodynamic approach to regenerate particle filters. It contains a 112-liter tank, a 133-liter-per-minute pump, and a built-in filtering system. The cleaning procedure is carried out in an automatic cycle, allowing 99.8% of the filter’s original specifications to be restored. Adapters included in the kit allows to connect all DPF filters from passenger vehicles. We recommend acquiring a dedicated DPF Heater Pro Plus filter drying system at a discounted price to improve the effectiveness of the regeneration process.
