We are happy to share essential information with others thanks to our professional knowledge and experience in designing and producing these products that we have obtained over the years. Our training program is designed for both novices and those who have worked in the remanufacturing industry for a long time.

Throughout the theoretical training, we will present a business plan, provide advice on how to begin the regeneration adventure, and discuss filter building, regeneration procedures, and potential problems that may arise during the process. The regeneration of EURO5 and EURO6 filters will also be discussed. We will carry out a full regeneration process together in the practical section, with a detailed discussion of each of the following stages:

filter condition assessment before regeneration with the use of inspection camera
filter preparation for regeneration + assembly in the machine
operation of the measuring process
complex filter cleaning procedure including drying
detailed discussion on all functionalities of the DPF Master Flash device
answers to the participants’ questions
